# Warnings on Carvana, Honeywell Aerospace, Oracle, and More

The unravelling in shares of Carvana (CVNA) continued in the last two trading sessions. CVNA stock is in a narrow trading range of between $64.00 and $71.00. On Monday, the stock closed down by 4.75%.

Carvana did not post any new developments. Short interest is high at over 10%. In April, the company set a target of selling 3 million cars annually, along with a goal of 13.5% in adjusted EBITDA margin by 2030 to 2035.

Investors are no longer patient enough to wait for results four years from now. Conversely, Carmax (KMX) shares gained over 35% in the last quarter. In Q1, it posted a 3.3% increase in unit sales, to 392,357.

Honeywell Aerospace (HONA) closed at $202.47, down 4.33%. UBS issued a neutral rating on the stock. It cited near-term headwinds from a slow aftermarket business, compared to its competitors. Its peers include TransDigm (TDG), Northrop Grumman (NOC), and L3Harris Technologies (LHX).

Oracle (ORCL) traded at a new 52-week low of $120.03 before closing at $121.38. Its credit risk worsened. CDS spreads spiked to as high as 196.6 basis points. Oddly, Nvidia’s (NVDA) CDS spreads also rose from 36 bps up until June 1 to around 57. Stock markets are growing increasingly worried about the AI market.
