Parul Butala Named President of AMERCO Real Estate Company

Parul Butala has been appointed as the new president of AMERCO® Real Estate Co. (AREC), a subsidiary of U-Haul® Holding Co. Butala, who joined U-Haul in 1994, brings a wealth of experience to her new role. She honed her skills as a staff architect within the AREC construction group and also briefly worked with the U-Haul Risk Management team in the early 2000s. Her latest position was as the AREC Director since 2019. The announcement of her promotion was made on July 17. This change marks a significant milestone for U-Haul and AREC, demonstrating their commitment to internal talent development.
