# CLSA: Another Round of Volatility in AI Stocks Has Ended; Gives TSMC and NVIDIA Corporation  "Conviction List Outperform" Ratings

CLSA issued a report stating that another round of volatility in AI stocks has come to an end. The broker acknowledged that fear exists in the market, but it sees no reason to join the camp of AI pessimists. Growth momentum in AI demand remains intact. Its latest research once again confirmed the trend of rising adoption rates and gradually emerging returns on investment (ROI). As higher-quality and faster chips take over AI workloads, computing power costs are expected to decline significantly over the next decade. Under such an inevitable trend, concerns from skeptics that hyperscalers may reduce capital expenditure would amount to self-inflicted harm in a competitive environment.

CLSA assigned "Conviction List Outperform" ratings to TSMC and NVIDIA Corporation (NVDA.US) . Microsoft Corporation (MSFT.US) , Broadcom Inc. (AVGO.US) , Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD.US) , Marvell Technology, Inc. (MRVL.US) , Adobe Inc. (ADBE.US) and Apple Inc.
