Wells Fargo analyst Blaine Heck maintained a Hold rating on Kilroy Realty yesterday and set a price target of $33.00. The company’s shares closed yesterday at $39.56.

In addition to Wells Fargo, Kilroy Realty also received a Hold from Barclays’s Brendan Lynch in a report issued yesterday. However, on the same day, Mizuho Securities maintained a Sell rating on Kilroy Realty (NYSE: KRC).
