# Ganfeng Lithium Raises RMB500 Million via 2026 Second Tranche Green MTNs

Ganfeng Lithium Co ( (HK:1772) ) has provided an update.

Ganfeng Lithium Group Co., Ltd. has completed the issuance of its 2026 second tranche green medium-term notes in China’s interbank bond market, following prior registration approval for up to RMB5 billion in medium-term notes. The latest issuance raised RMB500 million with a 396-day term and a 1.75% coupon, and was arranged by China Merchants Bank alongside several major Chinese financial institutions.

The proceeds from the green medium-term notes will be mainly used to refinance maturing green bonds, supporting the company’s efforts to optimize its debt structure, broaden financing channels, and lower funding costs. This move underscores Ganfeng Lithium’s continued access to domestic green financing and may strengthen its balance sheet flexibility as it pursues ongoing business development in the lithium and new energy materials market.
