# EXCLUSIVE: ZenaTech's Latest Buy Gives It Instant Access to Four High-Growth States

**ZenaTech, Inc.** (NASDAQ:ZENA), an AI drone company, announced Thursday that it completed its 26th Drone as a Service acquisition, buying **Dayton**, Ohio-based **BA Land Professionals LLC**.

## ZenaTech Footprint Reaches 12 States

The transaction gives ZenaTech its first Ohio location and expands its U.S. network to 12 states. BA Land Professionals is licensed in Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee and North Carolina.

The surveying firm serves construction, energy, industrial and government customers. Its services include land surveying, construction layout, and topographic and boundary surveys.

It also provides ALTA/NSPS surveys, drone and LiDAR mapping, and GPS control services.

## Regional Service Expansion

ZenaTech plans to introduce additional drone-based services across the region. These include construction progress monitoring and 3D site mapping through ZenaWorx.

It also plans utility and powerline inspections, infrastructure monitoring, and precision agriculture services.

The acquisition also provides ZenaTech with an established customer base and a management team with a combined 40 years of surveying experience.

## CEO Highlights Scale

"Our Ohio acquisition opens the door to four states at once, which is exactly the kind of leverage we look for to boost our strategy," CEO **Shaun Passley**, Ph.D., said.

Passley said the acquired company’s customer relationships provide a platform for introducing ZenaTech’s drone and LiDAR capabilities across construction, infrastructure and energy markets.

## Roll-Up Strategy

ZenaTech is building its Drone as a Service network by acquiring established service companies and integrating drone technology into their operations.

Its platform provides businesses and government agencies with on-demand or subscription-based drone services. Customers do not need to own or operate the equipment.

**ZENA Price Action:** ZenaTech shares closed at $1.51 on Wednesday, according to Benzinga Pro data.
