Zhibao Technology signed a non-binding term sheet for a proposed PIPE financing involving roughly 3,500 Bitcoin, according to NS3.AI. Joyertech and Information OPC would pay for the stock in Bitcoin and designate a majority of Zhibao's board at closing. The company also received a Nasdaq deficiency letter on July 15 after trading below $1 per share.
