# Big Tech Stocks Fall in Overnight Session, Tesla Drops Over 14%, Google Near 7%

During the overnight session on Wednesday (July 23) US Eastern Time, the Big Tech sector faced significant selling pressure, with mainstream stocks closing lower across the board. Volatility intensified in the sector as of press time, with **Tesla (TSLA.US)** performing the weakest. Its stock price fell sharply from pre-market highs, closing the overnight session at $319.690, down **14.52%** from the previous trading day's close.

Other tech giants were not spared. **Google (GOOGL.US)** fell nearly 7% in the overnight session to $317.690, while **Meta (META.US)** dropped 3.36% to $606.100, and **Amazon (AMZN.US)** declined 4.57% to $233.660. In comparison, **Apple (AAPL.US)** and **TSMC (TSM.US)** saw relatively smaller declines, dropping 0.09% and 1.35% respectively in the overnight session to close at $321.380 and $413.920.

In terms of derivative products, leveraged ETFs highly correlated with Tesla's performance experienced violent fluctuations. The bullish Tesla ETF **TSLL.US** fell 2.84% in the overnight session, while the bearish Tesla ETF **TSDD.US** bucked the trend with a 2.54% gain. Among Google-related derivatives, **GGLL.US** dropped 1.13%, and **GGLS.US** edged up 0.56%. Overall, sentiment in the tech sector leaned cautious during the overnight session, with investors opting to take profits or avoid risk in 隔夜 trading.
