# Memory Chips Fall in Overnight Session; Micron Down Nearly 2%, SanDisk Down Over 2%

The memory chip sector faced selling pressure during the overnight session, with major stocks moving lower collectively. As of press time, most stocks in the sector recorded declines, indicating cautious market sentiment.

Industry leader Micron Technology (MU.US) fell nearly 2% in the overnight session, trading at $975.16, after reaching a high of $1,011.77 during regular trading hours.
