In a report released today, Eric Luebchow from Wells Fargo maintained a Hold rating on Cubesmart, with a price target of $42.00.

Luebchow covers the Real Estate sector, focusing on stocks such as American Tower, Crown Castle, and Cubesmart. According to TipRanks, Luebchow has an average return of 9.4% and a 55.33% success rate on recommended stocks.

In addition to Wells Fargo, Cubesmart also received a Hold from UBS’s Michael Goldsmith in a report issued on July 10. However, on July 15, Raymond James initiated coverage with a Buy rating on Cubesmart (NYSE: CUBE).
