# Tsingtao Brewery Controlling Shareholder Plans Up to 300 Million Yuan Share Purchase

Tsingtao Brewery said on July 24 that its controlling shareholder, Qingpi Group, and its concert party plan to use their own funds to increase holdings in the company’s A shares and H shares over the next six months, according to Jiemian News. The purchases will be made through the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system by centralized bidding and through the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing system. The group said the total amount to be invested will be no less than 150 million yuan and no more than 300 million yuan, with the number of A and H shares purchased to depend on actual execution.
