Galaxy Research has lowered its estimate that the Clarity Act becomes law in 2026 to 30%, down from 50% less than a month ago. According to NS3.AI, Alex Thorn said the bill needs a last-ditch effort as the Senate faces its August recess. Seven Democratic senators said the latest version still falls short.
