Joseph Vafi has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors that support a constructive outlook on Bullish. He notes that while quarterly trading volumes fluctuated with broader crypto volatility, key profitability metrics such as average trading spreads showed steady improvement, indicating healthier unit economics and resilient platform performance.

Vafi also emphasizes Bullish’s strategic positioning in the emerging asset tokenization space, particularly through its Equiniti transaction, which he views as aligning the company with future infrastructure needs. He highlights growing stablecoin usage, advancing U.S. legislative efforts such as the anticipated CLARITY Act, and recently improving crypto ETF inflows as catalysts that could drive higher activity on Bullish’s platform, supporting his unchanged $50 price target and Buy recommendation.

In another report released today, Clear Street also assigned a Buy rating to the stock with a $40.00 price target.
