# QUICK SPARK: Micron, SK Hynix, SanDisk Fans Get a New ETF to Turbocharge the DRAM Trade

**Leverage Shares by Themes** launched the **Leverage Shares 2X Long Memory Daily ETF** (BATS:RAML), offering traders 200% of the daily return of the **Roundhill Memory ETF (BATS:DRAM)**.

By tracking DRAM on a leveraged basis, RAML provides amplified exposure to some of the biggest names in the memory semiconductor ecosystem, including **Micron Technology** **Inc** (NASDAQ:MU), **Sandisk** **Corp** (NASDAQ:SNDK), **SK hynix** **Inc** (NASDAQ:SKHY), and **Samsung Electronics Co Ltd.** (OTC:SSNLF). These companies are at the center of the AI infrastructure buildout, where surging demand for high-bandwidth memory (HBM) and advanced storage is driving investment across the supply chain.

The ETF began trading on Thursday with a **0.99% expense ratio** and is intended for active traders seeking short-term tactical exposure.

### **QUICK CONTEXT: Memory ETFs Ride AI Spending Wave**

Memory has emerged as one of the fastest-growing themes within semiconductors as AI models require significantly more bandwidth and faster data movement than traditional computing workloads. DRAM, the underlying ETF tracked by RAML, invests across the global memory value chain, spanning memory-chip manufacturers, storage companies and suppliers that benefit from AI-driven data center spending.

RAML is the latest leveraged ETF targeting a niche AI theme, reflecting growing demand for tactical products that offer magnified exposure to high-conviction sectors. Rather than buying individual names like Micron or SK hynix, traders can use RAML to gain leveraged exposure to a diversified basket of memory-related stocks through a single ETF.
