# Pre-revenue IP manager Spectral IP withdraws $17 million IPO

Spectral IP, a provider IP-related financing and monetization services spun out of Spectral AI, withdrew its plans for an initial public offering on Friday. It had filed in June 2025 to raise $17 million by offering 3.8 million shares at a price range of $4 to $5.

The Dallas, TX-based company was founded in 2024. It had planned to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol SMIP. Pacific Century Securities and Revere Securities were set to be the joint bookrunners on the deal.
