# Morgan Stanley’s Andrew Percoco Reiterates Hold on Mobileye Amid CEO Transition Concerns and Margin Pressure Despite Solid ADAS Growth

Andrew Percoco, an analyst from Morgan Stanley, maintained the Hold rating on Mobileye Global, Inc. Class A. The associated price target is $10.00.

Andrew Percoco has given his Hold rating due to a combination of factors, balancing solid fundamentals with lingering uncertainties. Mobileye’s results benefited from strong EyeQ shipment volumes, particularly from Chinese OEM exports and growing ADAS penetration in emerging markets, and management raised operating income guidance largely on the back of sizable R&D incentive benefits. 

However, the stock’s sharp decline after earnings highlighted investor concern around the planned CEO transition and expected margin pressure later in the year, tempering enthusiasm despite operational strength. While Percoco sees meaningful medium-term upside from higher-value Surround ADAS and cloud-enhanced upgrades that could lift average selling prices and unit profitability, he appears to be waiting for clearer execution on leadership succession and commercialization milestones before adopting a more constructive stance. 

In another report released yesterday, J.P. Morgan also assigned a Hold rating to the stock with a $9.00 price target.
