# New Buy Rating for Horizon Robotics Class B (9660), the Technology Giant

Morgan Stanley analyst Tim Hsiao maintained a Buy rating on Horizon Robotics Class B on July 22 and set a price target of HK$8.70. The company’s shares closed yesterday at HK$4.75.

Hsiao covers the Consumer Cyclical sector, focusing on stocks such as NIO Inc. Class A, XPeng, Inc. Class A, and Geely Automobile Holdings. According to TipRanks, Hsiao has an average return of -7.8% and a 31.01% success rate on recommended stocks. 

Horizon Robotics Class B has an analyst consensus of Strong Buy, with a price target consensus of HK$9.02, an 89.89% upside from current levels. In a report released yesterday, Bernstein also maintained a Buy rating on the stock with a $0.00 price target.
