Tate Sullivan has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors supporting both earnings power and balance sheet strength. He highlights that Seanergy Maritime locked in lower financing costs through a recent €100M bond issued in Greece, which reduces its cost of capital, while rising time-charter-equivalent (TCE) rates for large dry bulk vessels materially lift revenue and EPS forecasts.

Sullivan also notes that the company’s newbuild program is well funded through a mix of existing cash, operating cash flow, and modest additional debt, limiting equity dilution risk. At roughly 1.2x his 2Q26 book value estimate, he views the stock as attractively valued relative to his raised 4Q27 book value forecast and maintains a $20 price target, implying upside plus a higher projected dividend yield.

In another report released on July 23, Noble Financial also maintained a Buy rating on the stock with a $28.00 price target.
