Zhongji Innolight Co. is telling prospective investors it is on track to price its HK$53.4 billion ($6.8 billion) Hong Kong listing below the maximum, as it moves closer to sealing the city’s biggest first-time share sale in seven years, according to Bloomberg. People familiar with the matter said the company is nearing the final stages of the deal.
