description: "Digital Brands Group (NASDAQ: DBGI) shares fell 29.50% to $9.10, nearing its 52-week low, despite expanding its U.S. secured program by 32% to $165 million. The decline was driven by bearish technicals, including a firmly downtrended moving average alignment and oversold momentum, as well as pressure from a recent 1-for-40 reverse stock split implemented for Nasdaq compliance. While the expansion adds incremental revenue, selling pressure persisted against broader market gains."

# Digital Brands Group Stock Nears Its 52-Week Low Despite New Revenue Growth

**Digital Brands Group Inc.** (NASDAQ:DBGI) shares traded lower Monday despite the company expanding its secured U.S. program by 32% to $165 million.

The decline appeared company-specific, as the Nasdaq and S&P 500 each gained about 0.7%, while the Russell 2000 rose 1.4%.

DBGI’s prolonged downtrend and proximity to its 52-week low may have added selling pressure.

## **U.S. Program Expands**

DBGI is a luxury lifestyle and digital-first apparel company.

The expansion adds $40 million in incremental revenue through new apparel and footwear categories.

Based on approximately 575,000 shares outstanding following the company’s 1-for-40 reverse stock split, the program represents about $286 in revenue per share. The figure reflects the program’s total value, not recognized revenue per share.

The $165 million does not include potential revenue from the collegiate pipeline, expanded GCC partnerships or e-commerce scaling initiatives.

## **Reverse Split and Nasdaq Compliance**

The reverse split became effective July 24, reducing outstanding shares from about 23 million to 575,000.

The company implemented the split to lift its bid price above $1 and support continued Nasdaq compliance.

## **Management and Settlement Review**

CEO **Hil Davis** said the GCC partnership and U.S. program represented "the beginning of a much broader commercial opportunity."

"This additional $40 million in revenue is entirely new and incremental to the company’s previous financial guidance presented in its official Form 8-K filing issued on May 12, 2026," Davis said.

The company continues to work with legal counsel and ShareIntel to monitor settlement activity, trading volume anomalies and fails-to-deliver involving its Nasdaq and Frankfurt listings.

## **Critical Levels To Watch for DBGI Stock**

DBGI remains sharply below its major moving averages, trading 60.6% under its 20-day SMA, 65.4% below its 50-day SMA, and 94.9% below its 200-day SMA.

The alignment confirms a firmly bearish long-term trend, reinforced by February’s death cross.

Momentum is deeply oversold, with the RSI at 25.47. While such readings can precede a short-term rebound, they do not signal a trend reversal on their own.

The stock is hovering near its 52-week low of $10.32, making that level the key near-term support. A break below could extend the decline, while holding it may trigger a reflex bounce.

The first major resistance sits at the 20-day SMA of $25.65. Even a rebound toward that level would leave DBGI within its broader downtrend.

- **Key Resistance:** $25.65 — 20-day SMA and potential selling zone.
- **Key Support:** $10.32 — 52-week low and critical breakdown level.
