# Nexalin Appeals Nasdaq Delisting Following Compliance Shortfalls

An announcement from Nexalin Technology, Inc. ( (NXL) ) is now available.

On January 21, 2026, Nasdaq notified Nexalin Technology that its common stock had closed below $1.00 for 30 consecutive business days, putting the company out of compliance with the exchange’s minimum bid price rule and starting a 180-day cure period that ended on July 20, 2026.
