# TRIP.COM-S: Overall Operations Currently Stable and Orderly; Daily Operations Across Biz Lines Unaffected by Penalty

TRIP.COM-S (09961.HK) \-2.800 (-0.787%) Short selling $927.01M; Ratio 37.862% was fined for violating Mainland China's anti-monopoly law. TRIP.COM-S CEO Jane Sun issued an internal email to all employees, saying the regulatory penalty is an important opportunity for the company to streamline its operating model and recalibrate its industry positioning.

At this juncture, the company's overall operations remain stable and orderly, with users' bookings and travel services operating normally, stable cooperation links with domestic and overseas hotel and travel partners, and daily operations across all business lines unaffected by the penalty.

Sun said TRIP.COM-S has formulated comprehensive rectification measures in response to the issues identified in the penalty and will publicly disclose them.
