#### Overall Financial Performance

Hubbell Incorporated reported a 15% increase in net sales for the second quarter of 2026 compared to the prior year period, driven by 10% organic growth and 5% from acquisitions. #### Acquisition

During the second quarter, Hubbell Incorporated acquired NSI Electrical Buyer, Inc. for approximately $3.0 billion.
