The investment follows a strong growth period for Harvey, which added more than $100 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) during its first quarter while accelerating adoption of its AI-powered legal tools among enterprises and professional services firms globally.  Harvey’s CEO **Winston Weinberg** said, "We are thrilled to welcome J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners and Goldman Sachs Alternatives to Harvey. As we scale, bringing on marquee investors for our next stage of growth is critical, and we feel fortunate to have two of the best names in the investment space as part of Harvey." Harvey has also been strengthening its presence in private markets through the acquisition of **Benchmark,** a New York-based decision-infrastructure platform that helps asset managers capture, organize, and apply institutional investment knowledge. The deal expands Harvey’s capabilities beyond legal workflows, extending its offerings into areas such as due diligence, investment analysis, and portfolio strategy. Founded in 2022, Harvey develops generative AI tools that help law firms, enterprises, and professional services organizations streamline research, drafting, analysis, and other complex workflows.
