The NASDAQ Golden Dragon China Index closed preliminarily up 1.1%. Among popular Chinese stocks, Li Auto closed preliminarily up 4.9%, Atour rose 4.5%, NetEase gained 3%, Xiaomi increased 2.3%, New Oriental rose 1.7%, Pinduoduo and Tencent each climbed 1%, Alibaba edged up 0.3%, Baidu dipped 0.3%, and Advanced Semiconductor Engineering fell 7%.
