# Bloom Energy Blows Past Q2 Estimates, Shares Jump

**Bloom Energy Corp** (NYSE:BE) reported financial results for the second quarter on Tuesday after the closing bell. Here’s a rundown of the report.

## **Bloom Energy Q2 Highlights**

Bloom Energy posted second-quarter revenue of $1.07 billion, beating analyst estimates of $ 822.77 million, according to Benzinga Pro. The fuel cell company reported second-quarter adjusted earnings of 78 cents per share, beating estimates of 40 cents per share.

Total revenue grew 165.5% on a year-over-year basis. Product revenue accounted for $935.4 million of the company’s quarterly revenue, up 215.4% year-over-year.

Cash flow from operations totaled $226.4 million. Bloom Energy ended the quarter with approximately $2.67 billion in total cash and cash equivalents.

“The demand for Bloom Energy’s solutions keeps accelerating every quarter as customers who traditionally defaulted to combustion technologies are now proactively choosing Bloom as a superior power solution,” said **KR Sridhar**, founder, chairman and CEO of Bloom Energy.

“Today, all the major U.S. hyperscalers and over a dozen U.S. neoclouds, AI labs and colocation data center operators have validated and approved our power solutions for their AI factories.”

Bloom Energy raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance from a range of $3.40 billion to $3.80 billion to a new range of $3.90 billion to $4.20 billion. The company also raised its full-year adjusted earnings outlook from a range of $1.85 to $2.25 per share to a new range of $2.55 to $2.85 per share.

Bloom Energy’s management team will discuss the quarter on an earnings call with investors and analysts at 5 p.m. ET.
