# Liberty Global C Reiterated Buy as Analyst Sees Undervaluation; Year-End 2026 Price Target Maintained at $18

In a report released today, Jeffrey Wlodarczak from Pivotal Research maintained a Buy rating on Liberty Global C, with a price target of $18.00.

Jeffrey Wlodarczak has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors, primarily the substantial gap he sees between Liberty Global C’s trading price and his estimate of the company’s underlying asset value. He underscores that the stock remains undervalued even after updating his model, which leaves his year-end 2026 price target unchanged at $18, supported by a sum-of-the-parts valuation that includes cable ventures, investment stakes, and other assets after applying a conglomerate discount.

At the same time, he notes that management is actively working to unlock this value by simplifying the structure and monetizing assets, including an anticipated mid-2027 spin or listing of the Ziggo Group and the planned purchase of Vodafone’s stake in VodafoneZiggo. Although he acknowledges operational complexity, elevated leverage at the asset level, and competitive pressures, he believes Liberty’s history of executing value-enhancing transactions and the current discount to his fair value estimate make the shares attractive for investors willing to be patient.
