# Procter & Gamble falls 3% after Q4 revenue miss, soft FY27 EPS guide

宝洁 (PG.US) 盘中走低，现跌超 3%，报 143.87 美元。此次异动发生在公司公布 2026 财年第四季度业绩后。财报显示，公司季度营收 212 亿美元低于预期的 213.8 亿美元，调整后每股收益 1.43 美元略高于预期的 1.41 美元。公司给出 2027 财年每股收益指引中值 7.00 美元，低于分析师预期的 7.05 美元。

消息面显示，公司还宣布首席执行官 Shailesh Jejurikar 自 8 月 1 日起兼任董事长，现任执行董事长 Jon Moeller 同日退休。公司表示，商品通胀带来的成本压力将主要集中在本财年上半年。
