Jon Andersen has given his Hold rating due to a combination of factors tied to Procter & Gamble’s recent results and outlook. The company’s reported sales essentially matched his expectations but came in slightly below broader market estimates, while earnings per share modestly trailed his forecast even as they edged past the consensus.

Organic revenue growth was stagnant, falling short of the roughly 2% increase he had anticipated, and the initial 2027 guidance points to only modest top-line and earnings expansion. With management projecting low-single-digit sales growth and essentially flat to slightly higher EPS versus prevailing Street estimates, Andersen views the shares as fairly valued rather than offering a compelling upside catalyst.

In another report released today, Barclays also maintained a Hold rating on the stock with a $152.00 price target.
