# Fusion Fuel Green Refreshes ATM Equity Program with New $6.6 Million Prospectus Supplement

Fusion Fuel Green ( (HTOO) ) just unveiled an update.

On July 29, 2026, Fusion Fuel Green PLC filed a new prospectus supplement in the U.S. to resume use of its May 2025 at-the-market Offering Agreement with H.C. Wainwright, enabling the sale of up to $6.6 million in Class A ordinary shares under an effective shelf registration. The company has already sold about $2.8 million of stock through this facility and the new filing refreshes its ability to tap the market after unsold securities under a prior registration were deemed terminated when the latest Form F-3 became effective in December 2025.

The at-the-market program can be suspended or terminated at any time by either Fusion Fuel or Wainwright, and the company is under no obligation to sell additional shares, leaving future capital raising dependent on market conditions and strategic needs. Wainwright will earn a three per cent commission on any new sales, and an Irish legal opinion filed concurrently confirms Fusion Fuel’s capacity to issue the shares and that, when properly paid for and registered, they will be validly issued, fully paid and non-assessable, providing comfort to investors on the legal robustness of the offering.

**Spark’s Take on HTOO Stock**

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, HTOO is a Neutral.

The score is held down primarily by weak financial quality (continued losses and significant negative operating/free cash flow) and a technically bearish setup with the stock trading below all major moving averages and negative MACD. A manageable leverage profile and improved revenue/gross margin provide some support, but the negative P/E and lack of dividend yield offer limited valuation/income backstop.
