# JPM Cuts ZIJIN GOLD INTL TP to HKD146 as Acquisition of Allied Gold Falls Through

ZIJIN GOLD INTL (02259.HK) +1.000 (+0.850%) Short selling $159.00M; Ratio 26.225% and Allied Gold announced the termination of Zijin Gold's acquisition of Allied Gold. JPMorgan released a report lowering its TP on ZIJIN GOLD INTL from HKD170 to HKD146 following the collapse of the deal, while maintaining an Overweight rating.

JPM also lowered its EPS forecasts for 2026 and 2027 for ZIJIN GOLD INTL by 11.7% and 32.1%, respectively. DPS forecasts were also reduced by 11.7% and 32.1%, respectively.
