# Citi: New Oriental Education & Technology Group, Inc. Sponsored ADR representing 10 Ordinary Share (Cayman Islands)  4FQ Revenue Beats Guidance, Reiterates Buy Rating

Citi published a research report stating that New Oriental Education & Technology Group, Inc. Sponsored ADR representing 10 Ordinary Share (Cayman Islands) (EDU.US) 's revenue for the fourth fiscal quarter rose 23% YoY, beating the company's guidance of 15-18%. Non-GAAP operating profit increased 34.7% YoY to USD110 million, while non-GAAP net profit fell 10.5% YoY to USD88 million.

The broker mentioned that New Oriental Education & Technology Group, Inc. Sponsored ADR representing 10 Ordinary Share (Cayman Islands) (EDU.US) management guided for FY2027 revenue growth of 14-18% YoY. Including approximately USD300 million in dividends for FY2027 and a USD200 million share buyback plan, total shareholder returns will amount to USD500 million, equivalent to about 105% of FY2026 GAAP net profit. The broker reiterated its Buy rating on the company with a TP of USD75. The broker will follow up on post-merger overseas disclosure matters during the conference call.
