# Michael Wong: ZJ INNOLIGHT  IPO Reflects HK's Strong Appeal to Global Investors

ZJ INNOLIGHT (03308.HK) \-72.000 (-7.347%) , the optical module giant listed in Hong Kong today, closed at HKD908 at midday, down 7.3% from its listing price of HKD980. Trading volume reached 7.455 million shares, involving HKD7.047 billion.

Acting Financial Secretary Michael Wong said at the listing ceremony that ZJ InnoLight is the largest IPO in Hong Kong's capital market in the past seven years. The company has received support from long-term funds worldwide and a large number of domestic and overseas investment institutions, which not only reflects the company's strength but also demonstrates the strong appeal of Hong Kong's capital market to global investors.
