# Keppel sharpens asset-management pivot as infrastructure contracts and fundraising swell

Keppel Corporation Limited ( (SG:BN4) ) has provided an announcement.

Keppel Ltd., headquartered in Singapore, is evolving from a diversified conglomerate into a global asset manager and operator. The group’s core businesses span infrastructure, real estate and connectivity, including power generation, decarbonisation and sustainable solutions, data centres and subsea cables, as well as offshore assets. Its strategy now emphasises recurring, inflation-linked contract income and scaling funds under management across infrastructure and digital platforms.

Within its Infrastructure segment, Keppel has secured about $8 billion of long-term, inflation-indexed contracts over the next decade and is healthily contracted across its 1.9 GW Singapore power portfolio, with the new Sakra Cogen Plant fully booked for 2026–2027. Management highlighted resilient gas supply despite an upstream force majeure, limited impact from replacement gas costs, and normalising spark spreads, while continuing to monetise non-core legacy rig assets through the Keppel Offshore Fund. Strong July fundraising lifted FUM by $13.5 billion, with deployment focused on digital infrastructure, cable systems and renewables, positioning fee income to rise in 2H 2026 as Keppel deepens its asset management-led growth model.

The most recent analyst rating on (SG:BN4) stock is a Buy
with a S$13.52 price target.
