# GPU/CPU Sector Surges Intraday, AMD Up Over 13%, AVGO Up Nearly 5%

During the intraday session on July 30, the GPU/CPU sector showed strong momentum with major stocks rallying broadly. As of press time, **AMD.US** stood out with the most impressive performance, trading at $487.780, up **13.55%** from the previous close of $429.560.
