James Ricchiuti has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors, including Bel Fuse Inc.’s stronger-than-expected second-quarter performance and improving demand trends. The company exceeded Street expectations on revenue, profitability and EPS, supported by robust order activity and notable growth in both Defense and broader Industrial markets.

Ricchiuti also highlights that sales through distribution channels have reached their highest level in four years, signaling healthy end-market demand. With book-to-bill remaining above 1 for six straight quarters, favorable pricing actions, easing foreign-exchange pressures and management’s guidance for double-digit year-over-year revenue growth in Q3, he sees further upside and raises his revenue and adjusted EBITDA forecasts.

In another report released yesterday, Northland Securities also maintained a Buy rating on the stock with a $321.00 price target.
