# Nextpower Reports Q1 Fiscal Year 2027 Financial Results

Nextpower™, a leading provider of clean power technology solutions, has released its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027, which ended on July 3, 2026. The company reported total revenue of $935 million for Q1 FY27, up from $881 million in Q4 FY26 and $864 million in Q1 FY26. The GAAP gross profit for the quarter was $336 million, showing an increase from $297 million in the previous quarter and $282 million in the same quarter last year. The GAAP gross margin for Q1 FY27 was 35.9%, compared to 33.8% in Q4 FY26 and 32.6% in Q1 FY26. Nextpower™ reported a GAAP net income of $165 million for the quarter, higher than the $151 million in Q4 FY26 and $157 million in Q1 FY26. The GAAP net income margin was 17.7% for Q1 FY27, up from 17.1% in Q4 FY26 and down from 18.2% in Q1 FY26. Furthermore, the GAAP diluted EPS was $1.07 for the quarter, which increased from $0.97 in Q4 FY26 and $1.04 in Q1 FY26.
