Jonathan Ho has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors, even though the latest quarter disappointed on product revenue and the stock sold off meaningfully. He views the current weakness as part of a broader transition, not a structural demand problem, and expects product growth to resume once sales challenges around Mythos and related initiatives are worked through.

Ho believes management is pursuing the right long-term strategy by upgrading the product portfolio and pushing newer offerings like AI-driven firewalls, SASE, and email security, while gradually reshaping the sales culture to chase new logos rather than rely solely on the installed base. He acknowledges execution has been uneven and will take time, but sees these issues as solvable and thinks the combination of strategic repositioning, cultural change, and a still-healthy security demand backdrop offers meaningful upside for patient investors.

In another report released today, TD Cowen also reiterated a Buy rating on the stock with a $160.00 price target.
