# 2 'Strong Buy' IPO Stocks JPMorgan Thinks Are Worth Watching

The IPO market has made an impressive comeback this year. Momentum began building in the first quarter and accelerated in the second, with traditional IPOs raising $114.1 billion through June 30, 2026 – roughly seven times the amount raised during the first half of 2025. SpaceX, the largest IPO in Wall Street history, understandably dominated the headlines and made Elon Musk the world's first trillionaire, but the strength of the market extended well beyond a single blockbuster listing.

AI has been an important catalyst for new listings, but the recovery has been broad-based. IPO activity has increased across industries and regions, reflecting healthier capital markets and stronger investor demand. Companies typically go public when they believe market conditions are favorable for raising capital, making the recent surge in offerings another sign that confidence has returned to the equity markets.

With that in mind, JPMorgan's top-rated analysts have singled out two newly public stocks they believe offer compelling opportunities while they are still in the early stages of their public-market journey. Better yet, according to the TipRanks database, both stocks have earned enough Buy ratings from Wall Street analysts to achieve Strong Buy consensus ratings. Let's take a closer look.

**Neutron Holdings (LIME)**

The first new IPO stock on JPMorgan's radar is Neutron Holdings, the holding company behind Lime. Lime got its start as LimeBike back in 2017, and in the years since has built itself into a world leader in the field of micromobility – that is, of small vehicles, available on demand, making urban living more accessible.

Lime's business is, simply put, short-term e-vehicle rental. Lime's e-bikes and scooters are widely recognized by their white-and-green livery, and offer users a clear set of conveniences. They are dockless, and users can view each vehicle's battery level in the app before starting a ride. Rental trips are initiated by scanning the vehicle through Lime's downloadable mobile app, and when the ride ends, the user's payment is automatically charged to the pre-loaded payment method.

Lime has a global footprint, operating in more than 230 cities across 29 countries spanning North and South America, Europe, East Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. The service is most widespread in the US, but is also available in countries including the UK, the UAE, Japan, the Philippines, Greece, and Chile, among many others.

On June 30, Lime announced the pricing of its IPO. The company put 6,956,522 common stock shares up for sale; of that total, 276,731 were offered by 'certain existing stockholders,' while the remainder were offered directly by the company. Lime priced the offering at $25 per share, raising $173.9 million in gross proceeds. Of that total, just under $167 million was raised by the shares Lime sold directly. The stock started trading on the NASDAQ on July 1, and today boasts a market cap of $1.77 billion.

This new stock has caught the eye of JPMorgan's Doug Anmuth, one of the bank's 5-star analysts, who is firmly in the bull camp. He believes the company's combination of growth, profitability, and attractive valuation makes the investment case particularly compelling.

"Lime has a best-in-class growth and profitability profile and remains focused on sustainable, profitable growth going forward. We believe Lime has multiple levers of growth including deepening its presence in existing cities, increasing engagement of existing riders, expanding to new cities/ countries, launching new & improved products/services, and can grow above our mid-teens revenue growth estimates over the next few years. Lime also has attractive unit economics with vehicle-level payback of <1 year, operating leverage at scale and should compound FCF over time. We believe Lime shares, trading at a ~32% discount to peers on 2028E EV/FCF multiple, offer a compelling risk/reward as we expect continued strong execution," Anmuth opined.

Against that backdrop, Anmuth rates LIME stock as Overweight (i.e., Buy) and assigns a $35 price target, implying 12-month upside of ~27%. (To watch Anmuth's track record, click here)

The rest of the Street is just as optimistic. LIME earns a unanimous Strong Buy consensus rating based on eight recent Buy recommendations. With the stock trading at $20.47, the average price target of $38.29 implies potential upside of ~39% over the next year. (See **LIME stock forecast**)
