### V F Corp (VFC.US)

V F Corp is advancing its portfolio realignment, announcing the sale of its Dickies brand to Bluestar Alliance LLC for **USD 600M** in cash. For the first quarter of fiscal 2027, the apparel giant reported revenue of **USD 1.67B**, representing a 5.2% decline year-over-year, though revenue excluding the Dickies business rose 1%. The company raised its full-year revenue forecast to **2%** or higher, while maintaining an adjusted operating margin target of approximately 8%.

### DaVita Inc (DVA.US)

Shares of kidney care provider DaVita have surged over **110%** this year, buoyed by strong clinical execution and higher treatment volumes. The company posted consolidated revenue of **USD 3.42B** and an operating income of **USD 482M** for the first quarter of 2026. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations hit USD 2.87, topping the consensus estimate of USD 2.33, prompting management to lift full-year profit guidance.

Despite a 19% drop in first-quarter revenue, Chinese housing platform KE Holdings demonstrated significant margin resilience. Adjusted EBIT more than doubled to **RMB 1.27B**, driving the margin up from 4.9% to **8.8%** compared to the same period last year, according to its latest earnings report.
