# The AI Infrastructure Gold Rush and Consumer Shifts: This Week's Market Overhaul

We are seeing a significant bifurcation in the broader U.S. market this week. I'm told that massive capital expenditure is aggressively spilling over into secondary AI infrastructure plays, while traditional consumer sectors like airlines and cruise operators are undergoing their most significant overhaul since the post-pandemic boom. As the latest 2026 earnings and mega-deals drop, the line between the winners and the laggards is becoming incredibly stark.

### CleanCore Solutions (ZONE.US)

CleanCore is pivoting hard into AI infrastructure. According to people familiar with the matter, the company's new 10-year hosting agreement with Cerebras Systems in Minnesota, signed in July 2026, carries an initial contract value of roughly USD 800M. If both renewal options are exercised, that figure could top USD 3B. The data center campus will deliver 40 megawatts of critical IT load, marking a major milestone for smaller players attempting to secure computing power for top-tier AI firms.

### Galaxy Digital (GLXY.US)

Galaxy Digital is also making aggressive bets on data centers. In late July 2026, the company snapped up a 500-acre site in Texas for around USD 7.5M and priced a massive USD 3.51B private offering of senior secured notes. I've learned that a raise of this magnitude for a new AI and HPC campus is turning heads among institutional investors. Expect management to detail the expansion timeline during their upcoming Q2 earnings call in August.

### JetBlue Airways (JBLU.US)

JetBlue's Q2 2026 revenue of USD 2.7B—up 14.5% year-over-year—might look solid on paper, but the reality is more complicated. Despite average fares climbing to USD 237.38, CEO Joanna Geraghty previously warned that soft consumer demand could make breaking even in 2025 a struggle. To make matters worse, a major incident at a semiconductor supplier's facility recently disrupted operations. Expect further decisive actions on flight cuts later this year.

### Carnival (CCL.US)

The cruise industry, by contrast, is surging. Carnival crushed recent quarterly estimates with an EPS of USD 0.41 and reported record-high customer deposits. The company was confident enough to raise its full-year earnings forecast to USD 2.22 per share. Bookings for upcoming European voyages under brands like Holland America remain incredibly robust in the summer of 2026, signaling that premium travel demand is holding up exceptionally well.

### Logitech (LOGI.US)

The hardware peripherals market is also showing signs of life. Logitech posted USD 1.23B in sales for Q1 FY2027, a 5% jump in constant currency, while its GAAP EPS soared 66% to USD 1.63. However, I'm told a recent supplier incident could wipe out roughly USD 20M in net sales for the upcoming second quarter. It will be crucial to see how quickly management can patch this supply chain hole before the next earnings.
