These long-term power purchase agreements involve three solar projects with a total capacity of approximately 469 megawatts (AC side). According to these agreements, after the full capacity of the three projects is put into operation, the company will provide Tesla with approximately 1,200 gigawatt-hours of electricity annually in the United States. The first project is expected to start supplying power in the first half of 2027. The signing of these power purchase agreements aims to seize the opportunities presented by the demand for renewable clean energy in the U.S. electricity market due to the electrification process, industrial growth, and the expansion of data centers and artificial intelligence infrastructure.
