Shares of **AstraZeneca PLC** (NYSE:AZN) dipped 6% to $159.54 in pre-market trading. AstraZeneca is reportedly in discussions with **Bristol Myers Squibb** (NYSE:BMY) to merge, potentially forming a pharmaceutical giant valued at nearly $400 billion. Apple shares dipped 7.4% to $309.00 in pre-market trading.
