# Tesla's European registration volume in July showed significant differentiation, with growth in France and Denmark while multiple markets experienced a sharp decline

Data released on Monday showed that Tesla's registrations in several European markets in July were mixed: strong growth in France and Denmark, but a significant decline in Norway, Sweden, Italy, Spain, and Portugal.

According to data from the French Automobile Manufacturers Association (PFA) and Danish bilstatistik.dk, Tesla registrations, which serve as a sales barometer, increased by 86% year-on-year in France and by 52% in Denmark.

However, data from the Norwegian Road Federation (OFV), Mobility Sweden, ANFAC in Spain, ACAP in Portugal, and the Italian Ministry of Transport indicated a sharp decline in registrations in Norway, Sweden, Spain, Portugal, and Italy, with decreases of 97%, 60%, 81%, 69%, and 77%, respectively
