# Cathie Wood Is Leaning Harder Into Her Highest-Conviction Themes

ARK Innovation ETF (ARKK, Financials), the actively managed fund focused on disruptive technology, increased exposure to space, artificial intelligence and autonomous systems during the final week of July.

Ark Invest's largest purchase was about $26 million of SpaceX stock, representing more than 358,000 shares bought through several of its funds ahead of the company's first earnings report following its listing.

The firm also purchased $15.5 million of CoreWeave after the AI infrastructure provider's shares fell roughly 15% during the week. Ark added another $14.3 million of Tesla as the electric-vehicle maker traded near a 52-week low.

Semiconductor exposure also increased, with purchases of about $8.2 million each in Nvidia and Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing. Ark added $8.6 million of Meta Platforms after the company's quarterly profit missed expectations amid higher operating costs.

On the sell side, Ark reduced Shopify by $12.7 million, 10x Genomics by $9.3 million and CRISPR Therapeutics by $6.8 million. It also trimmed Snowflake, Robinhood and Deere.

The transactions suggest Ark is concentrating more capital in AI infrastructure, space and autonomy while reducing positions outside its strongest themes.

Investors will next watch SpaceX's first earnings report for evidence supporting Ark's latest large purchase.
