# Twilio's Overhaul, Honeywell's Spin-off, and Quiet Moves in Fringe US Equities

Away from the headline-grabbing megacaps, a quiet rotation is happening across an eclectic mix of under-the-radar US equities this week. I'm told that institutional money is shifting toward these unclassified or transitional assets ahead of the upcoming earnings season. This is perhaps the most significant overhaul in positioning for this fringe sector since early 2026, with catalysts ranging from multi-year turnarounds to massive corporate spin-offs.

### Twilio (TWLO.US)

Twilio shares have been outperforming recently. I'm told that the company's multi-year restructuring effort is finally hitting its stride as an AI-era infrastructure layer. Following a massive 366% surge in GAAP operating income in Q1 2026, the company raised its full-year revenue growth forecast to 14% to 15%. According to people familiar with the matter, several quantitative funds, including Quantinno, have actively boosted their stakes in the cloud communications platform before its August earnings report.

### Everus Construction Group (ECG.US)

Everus has been rallying strongly this year. The specialty contractor posted a record USD 1.04 billion in revenue for Q1 2026, a 25.4% jump. I'm told that the recent USD 158 million acquisition of SE&M is already accelerating their margin expansion, prompting management to raise their 2026 revenue guidance to over USD 4.3 billion.

### Honeywell Aerospace (HONA.US)

This could be one of the most consequential industrial carve-outs of the year. According to people familiar with the matter, Honeywell is finalizing the separation of its aerospace division, which will trade independently under HONA in the second half of 2026. The new pure-play company, generating over USD 15 billion in annual sales, is already completing its executive realignment to launch later this year.

### Iamgold (IAG.US)

Iamgold has slumped more than 10% over the past month. Despite the recent pullback, the Canadian miner is aggressively ramping up production at its Côté Gold asset. I'm told that their recently expanded USD 850 million credit facility is geared toward reinforcing operational stability across their North American and West African sites.

### nLIGHT (LASR.US)

nLIGHT recently locked in a massive USD 627 million Joint Laser Weapon System contract. According to people familiar with defense procurement pipelines, this deal will secure long-term cash flow for their aerospace and defense segment, helping drive targeted Q2 2026 revenue to up to USD 81 million.
