# Rentokil Initial Discloses Janus Henderson Stake Cut Below 5% Threshold

An update from Rentokil Initial ( (RTO) ) is now available.

On 30 July 2026, Rentokil Initial disclosed that Janus Henderson Group Ltd reduced its holding in the company, crossing a regulatory threshold for major shareholdings.
