DigitalBridge Group, Inc. reported GAAP net income attributable to common stockholders of $212.7 million, or $1.15 per share, for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026, a significant increase from $16.962 million in the prior year period. The net income attributable to DigitalBridge Group, Inc. was $227.340 million in 2Q26, up from $31.622 million in 2Q25.

-   Total expenses: Amounted to $274.877 million in 2Q26, up from $32.433 million in 2Q25.

#### Carried Interest and Principal Investment Income

Net carried interest allocation was $95.8 million in 2Q26. Net principal investment income was $127.9 million in 2Q26. On a GAAP basis, carried interest allocation (reversal) was $286.018 million in 2Q26, compared to - $115.074 million in 2Q25. Principal investment income on a GAAP basis was $127.838 million in 2Q26, up from $20.437 million in 2Q25.

#### Fee Earning Equity Under Management (FEEUM)

FEEUM reached $40.2 billion in 2Q26, an increase of $0.4 billion or +1% year-over-year.

#### Corporate Debt and Liquidity

DigitalBridge Group, Inc. refinanced $400 million of corporate debt, issuing $300 million of senior notes and establishing a $100 million revolver, both maturing in June 2031. Available corporate cash as of June 30, 2026, was $294 million, which is $136 million higher than the prior year period, in addition to the full availability of the $100 million revolver. Total debt principal was $300.000 million as of June 30, 2026.

#### Dividends

A cash dividend of $0.01 per common share was declared, payable on October 15, 2026. Cash dividends for preferred stock were also declared: Series H at $0.4453125 per share, Series I at $0.446875 per share, and Series J at $0.4453125 per share, all payable on October 15, 2026.

#### Outlook / Guidance

DigitalBridge Group, Inc. will not host a conference call or provide detailed financial guidance for the second quarter 2026 due to a proposed transaction with SoftBank Group Corp. SoftBank Group Corp. is set to acquire all outstanding shares of DigitalBridge common stock for $16.00 per share in an all-cash transaction. This transaction has been approved by DigitalBridge Group, Inc.’s common stockholders and is subject to certain other closing conditions.
