# Corvex rises 8% in after-hours trading after sealing multi-year Nvidia GPU cluster deal

Corvex(MOVE.US) 盘后时段涨超**8%**，现报**14.8 美元**。该股在正常交易时段曾涨超**27%**，日内振幅显著。

消息面上，Corvex 宣布与某领先人工智能企业签署多年供应协议，将为其提供搭载英伟达 Blackwell GPU 及 Quantum-2 InfiniBand 网络的计算集群。首批设备计划于 2026 年第一季度交付，后续交付安排在第二和第三季度。该项目资金通过债务融资、客户预付款及自有现金解决，无需新增股权融资。收入将随设备交付逐步确认，预计季度中期达到满负荷收入水平。
