Pepper Advantage Appoints Matthew Wye to Lead UK Credit Management Business

An international credit management and technology company, Pepper Advantage, has recently appointed Matthew Wye as the Chief Executive Officer of Pepper Advantage UK. The appointment is set to take effect in October 2026 pending regulatory approval. Wye will be tasked with overseeing the company's growing credit management operations, which include the mortgage servicing business obtained from Computershare earlier in the year. With a background encompassing more than 20 years of experience in credit and financial services, Wye is expected to bring valuable expertise to his new role.
